Our Promise
At Breeze Bloom, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Should you require assistance, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Requests made beyond this period are regrettably not eligible for a return or refund.
Return Eligibility
To ensure fairness and quality standards, returned items must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in pristine condition
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Kindly note that items should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

- Perishable and consumable products
- Gift cards
- Health, personal care, intimate, or sanitary items
- Hazardous substances or flammable materials
- Newspapers, magazines, and similar publications
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be issued, including but not limited to:
- Products showing visible signs of use
- Opened items such as books, CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl records, or similar media
- Items returned with missing components or damage not attributable to our handling
- Returns initiated after the 7-day eligibility period
Refund Review & Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within the applicable processing timeline
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not reflected:
- Please review your bank or card statement once more
- Contact your card issuer, as posting times may vary

Sale & Promotional Purchases
Only items purchased at full price are eligible for refunds. Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer replacements only in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contactbreezebloom@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the process.
Gift Purchases
- Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient will receive a gift credit equivalent to the returned item’s value
- If the item was not designated as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us via email prior to dispatch. Return instructions will be shared accordingly.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
- Delivery timelines for exchanges may vary based on location
- For higher-value items, we strongly recommend tracked or insured shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels
